- Motion to enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3), to consider and discuss a Level 3 grievances filed by the Haverhill Education Association (teachers’, educational support personnel, security specialists and secretaries’ units) on behalf of bargaining-unit members, including hearing presentations from the parties concerning the grievance, and strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the School Committee and the Chair so declares.
