  1. Open Session - Roll Call.
  2. Motion to enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3), to consider and discuss a Level 3 grievance filed by the Haverhill Education Association (Teachers’ Unit) on behalf of a bargaining-unit member, including hearing presentations from the parties concerning the grievance, and strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the School Committee and the Chair so declares.
  3. Adjournment.
