A link to the public comment sessions of the meeting will be emailed to you at the address you supply prior to the start of the meeting. In-person public comment will be held in the City Council Chambers.

Motion to enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3), to discuss and decide (with vote) a Level 3 grievance filed by the Haverhill Education Association (Teachers Unit), on behalf of a bargaining-unit member, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the School Committee and the Chair so declares.
