      1. Note: 2025 Pump-out invoice has been paid
  4. Current City Dock / Ramp Status
    1. Crane Status for docks to be pulled out – Update to be presented during this meeting
    2. Estimated cost
      1. Cost to be shared with HPD
    1. Identify & discuss any immediate city dock needs required for 2026 season closing
      1. Status Update: Any blocking issues?
      2. Schedule date for City Docks to be pulled out
