Marijuana Overlay District Consolidation

Per the 2026 State Cannabis Reform Law (H. 5350), Councilors Diodati, Ferreira and LePage propose a zoning amendment be drafted to consolidate the city’s existing Medical Marijuana Overlay District (MMOD) and Licensed Marijuana Establishment Overlay Zone (LMEOZ) be drafted and sent to the Council’s next Planning and Development subcommittee meeting for discussion and recommendation to Council
