President Jordan opened the hearing.
Dave Boucher, National Grid, 1101 Turnpike Street, North Andover addressed the council. He stated National Grid is requesting approval to install a new utility pole on Water St to support equipment that will improve reliability and speed power restoration during outages.
President Jordan asked if anyone would like to speak in favor. No one spoke.

President Jordan closed the hearing.
