President Jordan opened the hearing.
Alec (inaudible), National Grid 1101 Turnpike Street, North Andover, MA addressed the council. He noted we are installing a mid-span pole for liability needs. The pole will be located between pole 49-40a.
President Jordan asked if anyone would like to speak in favor. No one spoke.
