  1. Call to order open Session. Chris Loughnane-Chairman opened the meeting at 10:00AM.
  2. A unanimous roll call was taken. Stephen Gullo, and Chris Loughnane were present. Roy Wright joined telephonically
  3. Approval of minutes from August 25, 2026. A motion was made by Stephen Gullo and seconded by Chris Loughnane to accept the minutes of August 25, 2026, as presented. A 3-0 unanimous yes vote followed, and the motion passed.
  4. Review and sign Motor Vehicle Abatement reports for September.
  5. Chairman to discuss the status of new construction within the city, including the status of completion of several projects.
  6. Public Comment.
    • No public comment.
  7. EXECUTIVE SESSION under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 22(f) and Section 21(a) Subsection 7 to discuss non-public records.
    • Chris Loughnane-Chair declared the Executive Session open at 10:30AM with the understanding of not returning to Open Session. A unanimous roll call was taken: Stephen Gullo, and Chris Loughnane were present. Roy Wright joined telephonically
